JACE WELLNESS CENTER ENERGY COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
One cup of milk (goat/cow/almond/rice/soymilk)
One banana
2 scoops of protein powder (whey or rice)
Brown Stuff 1-3 Tablespoons
Essential fatty acid oils* (flax, cod liver, EPA/DHA) 1 Tablespoon
Green Stuff 1 Tablespoon
Carob powder* 1 Tablespoon
Blackstrap molasses* 1-2 teaspoons
Psyllium Husks * 1 Tablespoon (may cause irritation of the bowel)
Ice cubes (purified water)*
*= optional
Mix in a blender for 90 seconds:
take along with your supplements:
eat with, or in place of breakfast.
There are 3 main purposes for this drink:
1. Act as a bowel cleanser and improve transit time
2. To help maintain optimal venous blood pH balance
3. Maintain energy for a longer period of time
Observe your stools. They should be soft, long and
sink, (not stink)! 2 to 3 bowel movements are ideal.
